Service Description

Fewer classes, more flexibility At the Bronze level, students build a strong foundation in swimming through proper body position, rhythmic breathing, kicking, and coordinated arm movements. Rather than focusing on individual skills in isolation, this level develops a broad range of essential swimming abilities and is designed to take students from early water confidence to independent swimming in deep water without a flotation device. From the beginning, swimmers are introduced to correct technique and efficient movement in the water, creating a foundation for more advanced swimming skills. Bronze is an important first step in the ISWIM pathway and prepares students to progress toward water polo, competitive swimming, or other aquatic sports. Prerequisites: None required — the only expectation is that participants feel comfortable putting their heads in the water. If you or your child feels uneasy about this, we recommend a few private lessons before joining a group. Pace: Due to the broad curriculum and ISWIM's focus on proper technique, it typically takes 1–3 seasons to complete the Bronze level. Schedule & Pricing Format: Reduced weekly frequency for families who need a lighter, more adaptable commitment Dates: October 6 – December 22 Price: $42 + tax per lesson Joining after October 6th? Your start date will shift to reflect when you begin, but the season still runs through December 22. Your price will be prorated based on the number of lessons remaining. Note: Pricing is updated weekly, so confirm your rate at checkout. Missed lessons policy •Up to three make-up classes are allowed for health-related absences (subject to availability) •Make-ups must be scheduled within one week of the missed class - please send us an email with the missed date and group your child is attending •No refunds or credits are offered for missed lessons.
