Returns

You can return items to any of our locations within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that:

• Items are in their original packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase or receipt for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Currently, we do not provide shipping for any store products. They will be available for pick-up at any of our locations during our regular swim seasons, starting from September 6th, 2024.
