We are sincerely sorry that you could not find the right class in our schedule. Please fill out the registration form providing us with as much information as you can regarding your or your child's age, swim level, previous lessons experience, preferable schedule and etc. It will help us to contact you as soon as we have an available spot in one of our groups.

Cancellation Policy
Private lessons: ISWIM maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. Group lessons and Camps: No cancelations. At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lessons. Make-up Classes: There are no credits or refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules. We offer two sick days per season. Please inquire about substitute class via email no longer than 7 days after the missed class. Make up classes are subject to availability. We recognize that extenuating circumstances exist. For cancellations due to medical illnesses, or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the office (no more than 7 days after the emergency occurred). At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lesson. If the reason is medical or illness please include official documentation. Please note we do not accept photos of injury, medical documentation needs to be issued by a medical practitioner.
