Service Description

Spring into action with ISWIM camp! Perfect for kids ages 6 to 10, our expert instructors will help your child learn to swim, perfect their strokes and build endurance in the pool. With a focus on safety and fun, our camp is the ideal way for kids to stay active and make a splash this spring. REQUIERMENTS: We kindly request that your child is able to comfortably be apart from a parent for a duration of three hours and is comfortable in the water. Schedule: 9:00-9:15 AM Drop-off time 9:15-10:00 AM Warm-up and stretching class 10:00-10:10 AM Washroom break 10:10-11:10 AM Swimming Lesson 11:10-11:40 AM Fun races and games in the water 11:40-11:50 AM Hot tub time 11:50 AM-12:00 PM Pick-up time

Cancelation Policy

Private lessons: ISWIM maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. Group lessons and Camps: No cancelations. At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lessons. Make-up Classes: Each student enrolled is eligible for up to two make-up classes per season. -Make-up classes will only be granted if the student is unable to attend their scheduled class due to illness. -Make up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. No refunds will be offered for missed swim lessons. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled swim lesson.
