Service Description

At the Bronze level, our students learn the basic swimming skills including rhythm breathing, proper kicking, and basic arms movements. After completing this level, our students will be able to swim without floatation device in deep water. If you would like to split your course fee, just select "Splitit" at checkout, choose your number of payments and fill in your card details

Cancellation Policy

Private lessons: ISWIM maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. Group lessons and Camps: No cancelations. At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lessons. Make-up Classes: Each student enrolled is eligible for up to two make-up classes per season. -Make-up classes will only be granted if the student is unable to attend their scheduled class due to illness. -Make up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. No refunds will be offered for missed swim lessons. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled swim lesson.
