Service Description
Lessons twice a week — build momentum faster At the Silver level, students refine all four competitive strokes: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle. By the end of this level, they will be able to swim full laps with proper technique. Silver covers community levels 5–10. What's next: Upon completion, swimmers may be eligible to join our water polo program or a local swim club. Pace: Due to the focus on stroke refinement, it typically takes a couple of seasons to complete this level. Schedule & Pricing Dates: September 11 – December 21 (29 lessons total; no lesson on October 12) Price: $37 + tax per lesson Joining after September 11? Your start date will shift to reflect when you begin, but the season still runs through December 21. Your price will be prorated based on the number of lessons remaining. Note: Pricing is adjusted weekly based on remaining sessions. Payment Options To split your course fee into installments, select "Splitit" at checkout, choose your number of payments, and enter your card details. Cancellation Policy
Private lessons: ISWIM maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. Group lessons and Camps: No cancellations. We recognize that extenuating circumstances exist. For cancellations due to medical illnesses, or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the office (no more than 7 days after the emergency occurred). If the reason is medical or illness please include official documentation. Please note we do not accept photos of injury, medical documentation needs to be issued by a medical practitioner. Make-up Classes: There are no credits or refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules. We offer two sick days per season. Please inquire about substitute class via email no longer than 7 days after the missed class. Make up classes are subject to availability and may be offered in another location. To ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants, we require that children enrolling in our GROUP swim lessons are comfortable being in and around water. Please understand that we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to a child's fear of water. However, if a child demonstrates significant and persistent fear after a couple of lessons, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit for the remaining lessons, valid for one year from the date of issue. This credit can be applied towards future swim lessons or other programs offered by our facility.
